Waxy Meyer

Waxy Meyer is the UU super commander, meaning he can order every soldier and captain in the UU, he can also give orders to Gard Ipoi. Waxy Meyer is also a sun man so this makes him very powerful. Waxy Meyer cannot be ordered around by anyone because he is the “leader” of the UU, or at least the military part of it. Waxy Meyer is extremely smart and all his moves are calculated to eventually find the best outcome.

Waxy Meyer came into the UU almost 28 years ago and is around 70 years old, he came to the UU because of his close friendship with Mr. Purp who at the time was the leader of the UU. Mr. Purp was very happy he joined and wanted him at the top once he retired, but Waxy Meyer refused, saying he would never cheat to get to the top, instead he would earn his way to the leadership. 8 years later when Mr. Purp finally did retire Waxy Meyer was already a highly respected UU captain taking down some very strong villains, notably his right hand man at this time was Gard Ipoi. Soon the UU did appoint him as the leader of the UU, as there was nobody else to really take Mr. Purp's place. Soon Waxy hired many new captains to protect the UU, and Mr. Purp realized Waxy Meyer was probably the best person for the job.

In his childhood Waxy Meyers parents were living on earth but a crazy serial killer trapped them in a dark room, killing them. Almost immediately his neighbors adopted him, taking good care of him until he was 18, they both always wore red shirts, and they sometimes had blue flowers on them. When Waxy Meyer was around 60 his adoptive father died, and he held an honorable UU funeral for him. His adoptive mother is still alive at the age of 92.

Waxy Meyer is a tall man, about 6'3, and he is usually seen with his white suit, with the UU symbol on the back of his suit coat. He is also always wearing a monocle, to aid in his terrible eyesight in his right eye. Under his suit coat he wears a red shirt with blue flowers on it, a tribute to his adoptive parents.
