Usher Belmay

Usher Belmay is a UU captain in charge of 70 UU soldiers, including Blanky. Usher prefers to be called captain Belmay by all of his soldiers and any other UU members because he believes very heavily in respect. Respect is one of the main things that drives captain Belmay to defend the middle regions, as he puts it, “It is respect for the countless lives in the middle regions that pushes me to try and save every one of them.” Captain Belmay is still a relatively new UU captain, which is why he doesn’t have that many soldiers. Captain Belmay also is definitely not the strongest of the UU captains. This is because his left arm was recently cut off by Mr. Mee mee while Mr. Mee mee was invading Belmay’s ship. Because captain Belmay is left handed, he has had to learn how to fight with his right hand, which has affected his fighting skills a lot. He is also weaker than a lot of the other captains because he doesn’t have any special powers, just being a normal human.

Captain Belmay wears sunglasses and a hat with a bunch of spikes on it. He can control his hat and make the spikes shoot out on a rope, then retract back into the hat. He also has a small weapon which is just a small stick with a spike on the end. The handle of this weapon is a circle.
