Steel legs Roe is a UU captain and alleged brother of Regal Rodds, Roe has mechanical steel legs that he uses to move around. Roe needs these legs because both of his legs were cut off when he fought Nick Jones and his crew 12 years ago. During the battle on of Nick Jone’s crew members cut of both of Roe’s legs and he was left for dead on his ship. A few hours after a medical ship passing by saved him and Mima Meyer was on board and she treated his injuries.

Since then Roe has gotten much stronger and has taken down many pirates, he is 38 years old. Roe also fights with a large morning star.
