English Binglish

English Binglish is a UU lieutenant working under captain Sham, he is 90 years old and used to work in the same Jamine crew with Sham, becoming good friends despite their 30-year age gap. Although he is old he is matched in skill to almost all the other soldiers under Sham, and this is because of his “Vine-ent” symbiote, which allows him to shoot out vines from anywhere in his body, and half his body is covered in vines. The vine-ent is also friends with English and can talk to him. English was a thief after Sham stopped working with him in the Jamine crew, as Sham was the only one who calmed him down. English stopped his robbing after Sham found him and made him a lieutenant, which sparked controversy among UU captains and others.

English found the vine-ent symbiote when he was 2 years old, eating it because that’s what babies do. While he grew up the vine-ent became his close friend, talking to him when he was lonely. When he went to school he was bullied and called a “vine boy”, he was very upset by this and his symbiote, being connected to him, was mad too. One day 7 years later, in middle school, he was being pushed around after school, which caused the symbiote to lash out and push the bully back, but the symbiote was way too forceful and it pushed him into a pole which broke the bully’s leg. Later the parents sued the kid’s family and the school for allowing “foolish trifles” to happen after school. Soon his parents won the court case and didn’t lose money, but they still were mad at English and tried to get the symbiote surgically removed even though it could kill him and the symbiote. For their actions English was taken away from his parents, and he then ran away from the foster home he was in, living in the streets, purposely avoiding the homeless finders. When he was 20 he went to Jamine, where he met Sham, and they became great friends.
