Xeno Phosphor

Xeno Phosphor, more commonly known as Snow Commander Xeno, was a snow person and was the owner of Alia. He had the ability to control people's dreams while they were sleeping and could even control people's thoughts while they were meditating 'if their mind was clear enough'. Xeno used this ability to make people have dreams that tell them to do things. The things that the dream tells them to do would usually be something to help Xeno out in some way, and hopefully then his targets would be motivated by the dream enough to actually do it. Xeno could only use the ability on people who are half a light-year away or less. Xeno also owned a 'mind chamber' where a special freezing air would be blown onto him and it would strengthen his ability 2 fold, allowing him to use his ability on people a full light-year away.

Xeno owned many bases on Alia that had multiple uses, including mining, communication, housing, and more. After multiple of his bases' signals were lost, Xeno recruited the help of Ice Bice and Snow Blip by using his dream control ability. When both recruits got to Xeno's main base, both were unwilling to help Xeno due to past problems between Ice Bice and Snow Blip. Xeno got them to help by promising them each a sack of riches from his vault. The reason why Xeno was losing signal from his bases was because a Freel worm took control of one of his workers and was destroying the bases. Ice Bice and Snow Blip destroyed the Freel worm's host, but the worm was still alive. Shortly after, Xeno was taken and made to fight in the second universal war.

Xeno Phosphor was killed by Kaun Korae in the year 2341 while both were fighting in the second universal war, this was also the last time that Ice Bice, Snow Blip, and Snow Commander Xeno would be in the same room.
